When I have a free Saturday or Sunday, I try to get a practice in downtown. It’s a hike, but @flowyogacenter is worth it (full disclosure: I normally bike but with this heat today, I drove my car 🥵). The creativity in the classes I’ve attended is so inspiring—I always wish I had a notebook to jot down pose variations and sequences.
