Had the best 3 days learning how to create sugar flowers from the one and only @chefnicholaslodge ! I learned new techniques for things I have been doing for years, as well as a bunch of new flowers! This class would not have been possible for me if not for Chef Nick's generous donation to the @thecakebarshow raffle!! So happy I finally got to cash in my prize! Now time to go home and make more sugar flowers! 😀🌹 (If you get the chance, you MUST take a class from him, or at least check out his studio in Georgia!
