A rich, moist cake made without flour that tastes like brandy, chocolate, and apples. It's perfect for gluten-free indulgence.
Ingredients: 4 large eggs. 1/2 cup honey. 1/4 cup brandy. 1/4 cup cocoa powder. 1/4 cup almond flour. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. 2 apples, peeled, cored, and diced. 1/2 cup chopped dark chocolate.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350F 175C. Grease a 9-inch round cake pan. In a large bowl, beat eggs until frothy. Gradually add honey and brandy, beating until well combined. Sift in cocoa powder, almond flour, salt, baking soda, and cinnamon. Mix until smooth. Fold in diced apples and chopped dark chocolate. Pour batter into the prepared cake pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely. Slice and serve.
