Last year, I packed my Canon camera & took a solo trip to Puerto Rico for some peace after ending an ongoing on and off again cycle of stress, anxiety & weight for nine years. I never felt more of a release after that trip!
I got my light back, (though it was never truly dimmed), but it was invigorating lighting the fire again that I already have. š„
I ate such great food, met amazing new friends, danced the night away, took some great canon shots and just relaxed. I was all smiles that entire trip!
I see more and more women on solo trips where I work these days and I love to see it! I encourage you all to get out there in this big world and see what it has to offer. Thereās so much you will learn not only while traveling, but about yourself.
