Had the best freeing experience this morning doing @florence_peake class @siobhandaviesdance studios. Based around skinner release techniques and Florence Peake’s artistic practice, it was a profound experience to bring my body back to movement in this way. I feel like it’s reawakened my old dancer self . The cross overs and explorations into mark making within the context of movements and the experiences of your moving body have been really fascinating . #florencepeake is teaching morning class all this wk so go if u can.
