Because I enjoy maps, floor plans, and old houses, research for my current fic had me down the rabbit hole of researching the original floor plans for Mr. Gold's house (The Charles Murray Residence). My beef is that the perspective design's sketch clearly shows the third floor with the balcony and all, but there is no floor plan published for it that I can find (yet).
These are taken from two different versions of Shoppels, so maybe it's on the next page, and I just don't have it/ it was not included by the original uploader.
I do love, though, how some of the space names have still changed from one recent floor plan to the next between owners (i.e., the "studio" becoming an "eating area" on the first floor, and the office/ bedroom on the third floor).
I was initially trying to figure out what that room specifically would have been in the original floor plan (china closet? Pantry?), but it wasn't even there lol. Maybe a butler's pantry. I don't know. You clearly didn't have to build the house exactly as shown, and I am still learning a lot about this stuff. It's fun to learn via things you're hyperfixated on!
