#fleet's end

We arrive back at Fleet's End in time to catch the sunset in the west, with the Horus's new perch on the island. An interesting and sober reminder of the beauty and danger all around.

We join Seyka and Admiral Gerrit where we tell him to give credit where credit is due.

We get to briefly see our beloved Alva as we introduce her and Seyka in preparation for reuniting the expedition.

Seyka tells us to meet her back where we first met, and i go talk to Kina to see how she's doing.

...and she's...STILL lamenting over not being at Londra's side. These people!! She's upset to not be with him, a "divine being". It's just so gross and upsetting lol. At least she wants Seyka's forgiveness.

Well good luck, Kina, it seems like you'll need it 😵‍💫💫

Since there's no new butterflies, I'm concentrating on birds… obviously xD Anyway. At Fleet's End, the Herborist has a blue jay in a cage. And next to the campfire, there's an open cage. The animations change around that fire, but you can find someone with a pet blue jay sometimes.

I love this skiff. But it's too bad i didn't really find the time to use it while combing through the landscape. But look at this beautiful weather! I reset to explore counter-clockwise now.

Backtracking now to the west, upon a cliff i viewed the Horus, still as the dead. I imagined what it must have been like "back then", to see it crawling over the mountain, a true colossal horror.

After going back to LAX again, i ended up on the southernmost islands, where i had to defend Rokomo, the Compliance Risk Specialist, from some gnarly machines.

Afterwards he tells me a tale of what happened to Enki and the others, that they were attacked. That Enki threw himself in front of a machine to save Rokomo's life.

There are other fishy things here, and a quest ultimately about agency and choice.

Aloy is nonplussed about Rokomo's story. We agree to let Rokomo make his way to Fleet's End by himself while i search for the rest of the expedition members.

Once Aloy returns to Fleet's End, we find that Rheng had gone behind Admiral Gerrit's back to assign Rokomo to watch Enki's expedition. Rheng is detained while Rokomo awaits an eventual court martial back home, and possible prison time...
