Fun Fact #1
In MathFest 2007, during Tom Banchoff’s presentation on ‘Flatland: The Movie’, he mentions the previous adaptations including the Ladd Elhinger film — stating that it was made way back in 2004.
Validity of this is questionable, but it can be assumed that out of the two 2007 adaptations that the film was released earlier than the educational movie.
