Watching the DCAMU, starting with Flashpoint Paradox, and planning to write out some mini reviews.
//spoilers ahead//
So, starting with Flashpoint. To be quite honest I was multitasking while watching which probably wasn't the best choice while watching a movie that is literally about alternate realities and paradoxes, but oh well.
I have to say that as a huge Batman fan, what I enjoyed the most about this was Thomas Wayne Batman. It really made me think, and I loved that he was a darker knight (lol) and the implications about the differences of losing a parent vs losing a child. I'm currently listening to an audiobook about Batman and psychology, so that must be on my mind while I think about it.
Overall, I thought it was really really good. I don't know too much about Flash but I enjoyed the way he was represented in this film, I really really felt for him. As for the main plot, I thought it was pretty damn awesome. The whole Aquaman vs Wonderwoman, Atlantians vs Amazonians war was very interesting and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Probably a 7/10?
