Tango said it and I could not get the idea out of my head… are they rivals? Are they enemies? Who knows! Anywho, here is my take on Flashfreeze (that’s what we’re calling him, right?) and Impulse, who would presumably have an alias that has something to do with his techy teleporting powers. In my brain the gauntlets allow him to search, put in chords, map, contact people, and other place and space related things, that allow him to more quickly teleport.

Ah, I see. I think I actually tried to do that one a long time ago, but there’s so much text I wasn’t happy with the result so I didn’t post it. That happens sometimes. I’ll try again though:
