Ingredients: 1 lb chicken breast, cut into 1-inch cubes. 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces. 1 green bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces. 1 red onion, cut into 1-inch pieces. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 1 teaspoon paprika. 1 teaspoon cumin. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. Salt and pepper to taste. Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes.
Instructions: To make a marinade, mix olive oil, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Put the chicken, bell peppers, and red onion on the wet wooden skewers one after the other. Spread the sauce over the chicken and vegetables. Warm up the grill over medium-high heat. The chicken brochettes should be cooked on the grill for 10 to 12 minutes, turning them over every so often, until the chicken is done and the vegetables are soft and slightly charred.
