It's official we're going to #Spartan trifecta weekend in West Virginia at the end of August. The place where a fire was ignited in me to exist in a community that I didn't know was there. I hit the hardest reset of my life when I got my injury. Now I'm relearning tons. FITNESS: How Foods Affect Our Bodies!

Today is time to reflect. The picture of me on the left was about a month into my #crossfit journey. On the right is me throwing down in Pensacola at the #beachbrawl in front of a crowd of hundreds, two and a half years later. It may not seem like a huge transformation, but it is. From left to right represents a weight gain of 30 pounds. More than that, it represents learning to eat to perform. It represents thousands of hours of training and practice and preparation. It represents a completely transformed lifestyle. The guy on the left had no drive, no self esteem, and was miserable more often than not. The guy on the right is driven, obsessed even, with becoming the best me possible.
