私は自分の初ダブクロPCを リビルドして行きましたが 基本1&2しか使わないので 初心を思い出しました

This was made in the phase of Jackie Chan's career when he was trying to break into international markets, and that definitely shows up in the globetrotting elements in the plot, with parts of the story set in Ukraine, Russia and Australia. I didn't mind the changes in scenery, and liked that the Ukraine setting was used for some terrific snowy action, and that the Australian setting was used to put a koala in Jackie's hotel room and give him koala-themed underwear, that he's forced to remove at gunpoint in view of several locals and tourists. There's some fish out of water comedy with Jackie being underdressed for the weather and attempting to read Cyrillic in the Ukraine scenes but it isn't pushed far enough.

You can also tell this is catering to international audiences because it's under the illusion that we care about the plot, which drags this down a fair bit. None of the plot is interesting, but is easier to digest when it's being skimmed through to get to the next set piece than when it's laboured over. None of the supporting characters are interesting, with a good chunk of the cast having "white guys in a Hong Kong movie" energy, and even Bill Tung literally phoning it in. I watched the shorter US cut so it's possible all the scenes that would actually make you care were left on the cutting room floor, but I have my doubts.
