Liu kang: probably something simple like a dinner date and a bike ride in the park. He's a guy next door type.

Kung lao: a picnic if the weather permits. If not a stay at home dinner,that he made. He's very private and personal on first dates. Veey intimate.

Johnny cage: a very nice restaurant,dont worry he pays. Then afterwards maybe a beach stroll or the movies. Either out at tye cinema or at his home theater. Either one is front row and amazing. He has all the best movies of course.

Jax: movie dinner date. He's classy like that.

Sonya: if weather permits. A nice jog and run. Then it's a simple picnic or a quick stop at her fave pizza joint.

Sub-zero(Kuai): a very intimate dinner date with the lin kuei master of cyromancy? Yes plz!

Sub-zero(Bi-han): like his brother,he prefers private,intimate. But he's a but less touchy feely. Guve him time tho or enough wine. He'll "loosen up".

Scorpion/Hanzo Hasashi: oh you bet your ass he's cooking you something! And it will be a night to remember. (Please give hanzo nice things! :( )

Reptile: i dunno he seems like a swim date/beach date and picnic type guy/lizard man.

Rain: the finest edenian restaurant or the best feast he can offer. Nothing is too good for the demigods snookie bear.

Smoke: i feel tomas is a simple guy. A simple dinner with wine type guy. A lil less lovey dovey than kuai. But not as stiff as bi-han.

Sektor: He,will,take,you,to,a veey nice restaurant. And he will pamper you. No excuses or exceptions! You will match in outfits. To me sektor gets nervous af on dates. But he'll cool down after a but tho. Give him some time to prep.

Cyrax: a sweetie pie. He will cook you something nice. And maybe give you a present. A cute plushie? Jewelry perhaps?

Frost: she's simple. Whatever you want hun. But she's definitely the intimate "dont call me while im on a date unless the realms are burning" type person.

Raiden: he too is a dont bother me while im on a date dude. But he's all about simplicity. Small,sweet dates are raidens thing.

Fujin: like his bro,he loves intimate dates. But he's also go with the flow? Whatever you wanna do is fine. He wont say no to an ice cream date tho. He has a sweet tooth.

Kitana: she loves dinner dates,wine,all the works. Kitana is a princess after all. But the more intimate and personal. The better.

Mileena: i hc mileena tho she wont say no to a dinner date. All she wants is cuddles and romance. Plz give her love properly!

Jade: she's dinner and a stroll. Maybe even doing a gardening class type thing. She loves nature dates. Or horse riding.

Goro: the prince of the shokan would absolutely wine and dine you. Idc. This man has four arms. On for holding you. The other for a glass of wine. And the last two for defending your honor!

Shao kahn: oh nothing is too big or too small or too grand for the emperor conqueror shao kahn! The finest meal,the best jewels,a whole realm even! All for you. His future queen/king/spouce. Idc shao kahn is the baddest of bad,but he has class and style. Fight me.

Mori will take you to a carnival for your first date!

He might not seem like the type of guy who’d enjoy a carnival, but Mori wants to show you how skilled he is at all of the chance games.

He’ll win you anything you want. All it takes is a little strategy and some good luck, and before you know it he’s won a giant stuffed animal.

It definitely surprises you because you’re almost certain those games are designed to rake in a lot of money.

The two of you will check out the food stalls before settling on something that looks especially delicious. You’ll probably sit at a bench, enjoying each other’s company while you eat.

It’s hard for him to deny how entertaining a carnival is. He gets a kick out of seeing the staff, slack-jawed and baffled, when he continues to win at the hardest games.

Mori’s winning streak is insane. It gets to the point where you can’t even carry all of the plush animals! You’ll probably need a cart to bring them around the carnival grounds with you. Everyone stops to stare in utter shock as Mori proudly carries whatever else fails to fit in the cart. He’s truly on X Games mode.

As the date comes to a close, Mori will sit with you on the Ferris wheel, where the two of you will watch the sky transition from oranges and pinks into dark violets and blues. 

You’ll talk about how the day went before falling into a comfortable silence, content with watching the stars wink at you from the inky night sky as the Ferris wheel slowly rotates.

It was definitely a date to remember, and now you’re stuck with an endless supply of plush toys.

🧩 Ghilley 🧩

Ghilley has an unpredictable personality and that’s reflected in his date ideas. No matter what, he wants your first date to be a surprise you’ll never forget. So he decides to bring you to an escape room.

Puzzles are always fun, especially when you’re working together to solve them. And what better way to get closer than to put yourselves in a room where the entire space is the puzzle?

Ghilley is smitten with the idea of an escape room and he hopes you’ll enjoy it as well. There are so many great aspects about being in a room with the person you like, unable to leave until you solve a series of exciting puzzles.

And it allows the two of you to determine just how well you work together under the pressure of being timed. Plus, it gives Ghilley plenty of opportunities to prank you.

He doesn’t mean any harm. Everyone deserves a good laugh every now and then, and if Ghilley senses that you’re getting stumped or the date is too tense he’ll crack a few jokes: spooking you when you’re concentrated, playfully hiding the clues and shrugging when you ask if he knows anything, and chuckling when you can’t seem to figure out one of the puzzles.

If you were skeptical of this sort of activity, you’re not anymore. To your surprise, Ghilley’s made it fun and lighthearted. You don’t even have time to stress over the puzzles when you’re so busy laughing at Ghilley’s constant teasing.

Without realizing it, you end up growing closer to him while trying to work through a dozen riddles.

After you escape the room with him, the date will continue. Ghilley has a lot of surprises in store for you, so you’ll be kept on your toes for the rest of the day.

And if you have anywhere in particular that you’d like to go, he’ll happily let you take the reins. He’d like to know what your definition of ‘fun’ is, so feel free to show him around town to the areas you frequent most often.

First Date HCs (Verine)

He’s not one to fuss over dates and how perfect they should be, mainly because he believes he’ll never get to experience one.

That’s why he’s completely lost when you ask him on a date. Verine’s stressing over what he should do because you like him and want to go out with him! It almost feels like a dream.

His body is quite picky when it comes to temperature, though. If it’s too hot, he’ll avoid the outdoors. If it’s too cold, he’ll be cooped up inside next to a fireplace. Both end in the same way, with him stuck in his dorm.

It’s moments such as this one where he can’t stand being eternally ill. He’s worried his coughing will get in the way of the fun.

But you’re his understanding friend and soon-to-be partner (hopefully), so he knows you’ll be fine with whatever he manages to come up with for a first date.

Dates for Verine are simple and sweet. The two of you might stay inside and binge-watch plenty of TV shows and movies, or you could even go for a romantic late-night boat ride if the weather is pleasant and the water isn’t too choppy.

Aside from those options, Verine likes the idea of tending to his herb garden with you. It would be nice to teach you all about the different types of medicinal herbs and their properties.

He’d probably enjoy anything that has to do with plants, especially those that have healing effects.

You’ll honestly have so much fun when you garden with Verine. It’s equal parts interesting and calming, so you won’t have to fret over a ruined first date. Verine would never do something that puts you or himself out of the comfort zone, so rest assured! You’re in good hands.

The two of you can do all sorts of things when gardening. To symbolize your growing affection, you could plant a flower of your choosing and watch as it blossoms beautifully.

While Verine might not enjoy the things that trigger his many illnesses, he’s willing to go out every now and then to do something he wouldn’t normally do. As long as you’re okay with it and he’s had enough time to mentally and physically prepare himself.

Like anything that involves movement, dates are tiring and energy-consuming. Because of Verine’s frail body, he might not last as long as the other Reapers do when it comes to being active.

Just offer him cuddles and he’ll recharge. Maybe some warm tea with milk and honey to soothe his throat after all of his coughing. And a cooling pad to lower his temperature. He’ll also need medication to prevent any other illnesses from flaring up at the wrong moment.

With Verine, the dates that follow your first are mainly trial and error. Take him for a day of fishing to see if he fares well. If not, then you can try something soothing, like creating a zen garden. Or you could head off to a craft store to get supplies for little terrariums.

However low his stamina may be, Verine tries his best for you. But he still knows it’s fruitless. Just console him when he starts to put himself down.

Even so, he’s proud of the fact that he didn’t faint on your first date, when the two of you were enjoying your time together in the greenhouse surrounded by lively plants.

Verine’s still unaccustomed to love and relationships, so he’s learning as he goes. At least his relationship with you is better than the one he had with his hospital bed.

Your boyfriend probably names his plants based on inside jokes the two of you have. And the flower meant to symbolize your love, which has begun to sprout, is named after you. You’re beginning to sense some favoritism among his plants, but it’s a sweet gesture nonetheless.

Rainy days are so soft and loving. Just the sound of falling raindrops is soothing in itself, so those are reserved cuddle days.

He’s unfamiliar with the concept of first dates. Having grown up on a farm, there weren’t many romantic areas nearby—unless you count the chicken coop as a wild ride. (Which it technically is. It’s extremely messy, but Jamie knows how to get the job done.) Still, a date isn’t something he encounters on a daily basis.

Adjusting to the ways of the city folk have definitely been a challenge for him. Milk that’s not taken straight from the udder of a cow or eggs that aren’t freshly plucked from the nest of a hen. It’s so foreign to him.

On the farm, he knew where everything was. His sense of direction was impeccable. But now, faced with bustling streets filled with busy people, Jamie feels lost.

That’s why he thinks horse riding is a perfect candidate for a first date. It’s better than cleaning a coop with your partner, that’s for sure, and it ensures enough privacy for both him and you to chat about whatever you’d like.

He doesn’t have any need to feel nervous or flustered because he’s ridden horses plenty of times.

Jamie takes you to an area where horse riding is allowed, paying whatever fee may be necessary for an allotted time. It’s exciting, and he can’t wait to relive more of his hobby with the person he’s interested in.

He’ll help you get on your horse if you need it. If not, he’s pleased to watch as you climb on yourself, sitting on the saddle with both legs on either side.

Jamie explains everything you need to know about controlling the horse’s pace, not leaving a single detail out. He even demonstrates on his own horse, allowing you to see how skilled he is.

But Jamie’s intent isn’t to brag. It’s to ensure your safety and enjoyment. After all, he doesn’t want to risk messing up an already perfect day.

If you’re uncertain or worried, Jamie will console you, offering to have you sit behind him on his horse while he takes you through the open pastures.

Once everything’s settled and you’re confident, the two of you will ride your horses side by side, savoring the moment and each other’s company.

Your smiling expression eases his worries. It’s such an encouraging sight, and it convinces Theo to do his best.

So he plays a random tune, not exactly sure how it should sound because you’re watching. Should it be slow and romantic? Fast and upbeat? He just plays from the heart.

He’s so focused on pleasing you that he doesn’t seem to hear how melodious it sounds. His playing manages to surprise the pianist, and it even draws in a few passersby.

By the time he’s done, you’re clapping and exclaiming so much praise that his cheeks flush.

Theo feels a hundred times lighter, and your compliments make him realize that you’re such a sweet person. As the saying goes, it’s a match made in heaven.

🍎 Kati 🍎

Kati checks his daily horoscope for nearly everything. He needs answers to some of his burning questions! Will a Taurus such as himself get along with Noah, a Gemini, or will it be another turbulent day?

He wonders whether or not your star sign is compatible with his. It must be if you’re allowing him to choose the location of your first date.

Now Kati knows a first date can either make or break a relationship before it even blossoms, so he wants to make sure his partner will have as much fun as possible. For someone as energetic as himself, the amusement park is definitely the best place for a first date.

If you don’t mind the dizzying speeds and the stomach-churning drops of most coasters, then be prepared to go on as many as possible. Kati will quite literally pull you in the direction of the scariest ride he sees, which only get more intense with each one you conquer.

You’ll have to take a break at some point, to which Kati fusses over how boring that is. Once you’re finished with your coveted ten minutes of rest, it’s off to the next huge ride.

He can’t stand waiting in those lines, so it’s best to get the passes that let you cut others in line. As the two of you advance past exhausted, sweaty strangers, Kati’s grinning and teasing them about how he’s going to be the first one on the ride.

A day with Kati, especially one spent as a first date, is an entire rollercoaster in itself. You’ll be so tired by the time the moon’s in the sky, and Kati will still have boundless energy.

He’s relieved at how smooth the date is going. If he checked his horoscope before, which he definitely did, he’ll chalk the luck up to his great fortune. If it were unlucky, that would be another story...

Nine doesn’t want to do anything too extravagant. He’d prefer something modest and tranquil, where it’s just you and him.

So he suggests something gentle like stargazing. Looking up at the stars is good for inspiration, and it might even help him clear his head. On top of that, he can come up with new ideas for his compositions!

For Nine, stargazing is also nice because it’s isolated and calm, which is wonderful for someone who spends most of his time alone.

The two of you check the forecasts religiously, awaiting the day when the weatherman explains that the night will be clear and starry.

When that night comes, you and Nine drive out to the nearest open area. Whether it’s the sandy shore of a beach or an endless grassy field, you make sure everything’s perfect for your first date.

Nine sets up the telescope with ease, and you have an astronomy guidebook in your hands, which has been flipped open to the table of contents so that you can locate a certain constellation.

Blankets have been laid out for comfort and warmth, and snacks have been packed in case you get peckish.

For a first date, it’s awfully quiet, which isn’t exactly a bad thing. Nine only talks when he feels it’s necessary, or when he’s directly addressed, so as long as you can put up with the silence it’ll be a lovely night.

If you’re getting tired, Nine might just allow you to lean against him. It’s a pleasant evening, and you deserve maximum comfort. Besides, he’s in a good mood and you’re his partner, so he doesn’t mind.

He won’t say it outright, but Nine secretly enjoys spending his time with you. You’re just so refreshing to be around, and you understand him. You’re very special to Nine, who gives you many privileges when it comes to stuff he normally doesn’t let others say or do.
