Chasing Life is getting a Holiday episode in December (as are all other ABC Family shows aside from Mystery Girls and Young & Hungry), which is something I doubt they'd do if they were planning on pulling the plug anytime soon. ABC Family seems committed to airing all the produced episodes of the show if nothing else. Also nothing else has done any better in the post-PLL slot in years (since The Lying Game season 1A probably) so they wouldn't have any reason to pull it.
yeah, but they ordered a holiday episode for all of their shows. i’m pretty sure they are going to air all of the episodes too, they have the whole second half filmed so i doubt they would have finished the filming if they were even thinking about not airing them but the ratings are bad. most of the post pll shows have actually done better. ravenswood was doing a good bit better and they cancelled it after half a season and they even aired an advert for more episodes after the finale and then announced the cancellation. jane by design had better ratings, twisted 1a did. i mean the ratings aren’t absolutely terrible but they are worse than other shows they have cancelled before. i’m just saying if the ratings don’t go up between now and the second half of the season a season two is most likely not going to happen.Â
