These guys are both cattaurs, another common species in Gamble Galaxy. (Side note that Nago and Shiro are also cattaurs, I plan on drawing them later.) It's not often that they are born with copy abilities, but sometimes they are, like Burning Leo (fire ability). In spite of their size, cattaurs are often very agile

Tac: She had been stealing from Kirby for all of MWW, following him from planet to planet and trying to pickpocket him (assuming that Kirby had magical artifacts that gave him his power). When on Halfmoon, however, Tac got on the wrong side of some mercs she tried to steal from. Luckily Kirby was there to help her out and save her skin so now she considers him a homie. She'll help him out, though she is more likely to put herself and her interests first all things considered
