time to use up as much of the odds and ends I have collected over the last couple of years. Mostly worsted weight (4), with some bits of leftover fingering (2) from socks. Varying materials: polyester, acrylic, wool, nylon, polymer, cotton, linen etc.

Finally done with the convict! This movie has been my muse for weeks now and I'm so happy I took on the challenge of making a doll of this character. His accessories alone took 19 hours of sewing, both by hand and by machine.
I love love love this scarf! I wanted a challenging pattern stitch pattern and I adore this one! As soon as I learned how each repetition is built up I breezed through it working in lectures and through shows. It turned out to be a gorgeous piece of knitting and I am so proud of this project.
The pattern is the Wheat Field Scarf by Celeste Knitwear, made using Cascade 220 Yarns
