Things that go through my mind in between setsโฆ Was that 12 or 13 reps? Whereโs the increment weight gone? Do I need a mid-set toilet break? What shall I have for breakfast? Has the pre-workout kicked in yet? Maybe I should have a bagel & a shake? Should I skip the increment weight & just go up the stack? Ah thereโs the pre-workout.
