Hana would gift you something you've mentioned once; she's the type to hear you complain about running out of your favourite perfume, your favourite sauce, and have the idea of replacing it for you lurk in her mind. It's like a brain worm - it won't leave her until she does it, simply because she relishes your reaction. Sometimes, she wont even gift it, instead leaving it to the side for you and waiting for you to notice it. She doesn't need a massive, exaggerated reaction - she just wants you to know she cares and wants to make you happy.
Akande rarely gifts people things - doesn't matter who they are, or what they do for him, it's something he barely bats an eyelid to. However, if he's feeling especially, incredibly kind, he might consider gifting you something simple in relation to a date night - a new perfume, new lingerie/bra, new outfit to wear or even a new clutch for you to hold onto with one hand. Something only he would know you got from him. He wants you to look your best if he's taking you to a prestigious restaurant - why not pay a little extra to satisfy himself with your image, and make you feel loved at the same time? To him, it's like killing two birds with one stone.
Findlay loves sentimental gifts - he doesn't want to just get you something flashy, for the sake of it being flashy. He wants to get you something that has meaning to you and him. Findlay often regifts things, or gives you things he finds value in. For example, if he has a rare coin he always carries with him in his pocket, he'll find a copy for you somewhere, somehow just for you to match with him. If he can't, the coin's yours now - he'll find something else to keep on him, but knowing it's with you, and valued by you the same way he does, makes him feel whole.
Odessa would love to shower you in gifts - spoiling you rotten is one of her favourite past times. From stolen jewels, to antique broaches, even to food and drinks she loved as a child that she stumbled on again - they're going to end up in your hands, with you thanking her profusely, reminding her that she doesn't need to give you so much. She can't help it though, she just wants you to be full in your heart and your pockets.
Maugaloa is similar to Odessa, and Akande - he would want something that only he could know he's gifted you, and yet he would have the urge to shower you in all types of gifts. He wants to give you something intimate, to make you feel his love, and yet he wants to give you every random little item he finds that even slightly made him think of you. He battles with it every time he finds magnets from countries he's working in, or clothes he knows you won't wear but still seem like they'd look nice on you. Seeing your face light up when he makes you guess what he's holding behind his back, after weeks of not seeing you, is far too tempting for Maugaloa.
Ramattra doesn't understand the concept of gift giving - he finds it confusing. It's something he isn't used to doing but he'll still try his best to. It leads to some funny, or awkward, conversations - especially when he takes advice from Akande, or Maugaloa, on what to get you. You never know if he'll come home empty handed, or with a bag full of random sweets/snacks, or fists full of random pennies from different countries because 'they're different and might be interesting to you'. It's the thought that counts, though, and you value the time he's taken to find you these things nonetheless.
Reinhardt would give you the world in the palm of your hand if he could - he would find the most obscure things you're craving to eat, or replicas of plush toys you used to have and love as a child, or even board games he knows you'd enjoy based on the playstyle. However, he's terrible at keeping them a surprise - the excitement takes over and he tells you immediately before you can guess what he's bought this time. He just wants to make you smile, and truly it does. Seeing how much he actually cares about making an effort for you, just for you, makes your heart race sometimes. But don't laugh at his attempts at keeping his gifts a secret - he's trying his best not to blurt it all out, especially in the days coming up to your birthday, anniversary or a holiday you celebrate.
Mako is somewhat not interested in giving gifts - he likes taking things, not giving them. But, if it's something you really enjoy, he'll try his best to. Whether it's giving you something from Junkrat and his' recent heist like a small ring or a small coin, it's still something. To Mako, he has a million and one different ways of showing you how much he loves you and values you - but he will try, to a degree, if it's something he knows is important to you.
Seibren would gift you items related to your most important subject - whether that's medicine, space, science, arts, or computing, he's going to be searching for something specifically about what you love the absolute most. To him, he would want gifts regarding space, science, physics, etc. so why wouldn't he return that for you? He knows you'd appreciate any kind of gift, but he wants it to be somewhat meaningful - it gives him that sense of humanity back.
Aleksandra loves to receive gifts, she can't lie about that. But giving them? Not her forte. Her mind sort of short circuits - she doesn't know what you'd want. What if you've already bought it yourself? What if you don't want her to get that for you? What if it's not something you actually want? All those thoughts clog up her mind, making it hard for her to decide what to do. So, when she does give a gift, she makes sure that it's an open-ended sort of gift. For example, she might give you a 'girlfriend coupon' book, where you can decide and write in what you want her to do for you from the book, and she'll provide it (like a massage, or to cook, etc). That way, the pressure to actually give something you might not like is off her shoulders, and you get to decide what happens with the gift, and how it's used (which feels more special to her in any case).
