I've had this account for almost a decade, but I haven't been active in so long. Since posting my writings, I've noticed a lot of new lovely people following me, so here's an updated summary of who I am and what I like!

who i am; i'm 22 years old, i go by she/her, and i'm southeast asian. born and raised here in southeast asia (purposely being vague) and one fact of my hometown is that you can taste actual love from any home cooked meal (⁠人⁠*⁠´⁠∀⁠｀⁠)⁠｡⁠*ﾟ⁠+

!! I believe in a Free Palestine, and a sincere fuck off towards anyone that thinks otherwise. This is not a safe space for zios, racists, homophobes, transphobes, or any coward with a bigoted opinion. And I don't believe in the usage of AI, because I think it's directly harmful towards communities especially rural, as well as harmful towards our planet. !!

things i like:

- anything old, really. i love thrifting (70s and early 00s are my favourite fashion eras)

- i love films! i have a letterboxd. i enjoy classic hollywood films, ranging from the 1920s-1960s. very pretentious of me, i'm aware. i am in love with al pacino, and i watched his filmography because i believe him to be one of the most beautiful faces to ever grace the cinema screen (and yes, he's a terrific actor) horror and old rom-coms are my favourite things to watch. studio ghibli. silent films. (i watch new movies too).

- i like to say i listen to almost everything, but honestly i only listen to what i like. i love 70s classic rock, and i would die for fleetwood mac's music, i like blur over oasis (sorry not sorry) and david bowie, pink floyd (syd barrett era has my heart) but i do listen to newer things; arctic monkeys, pinkpantheress, etc. casually!

also, huge fan of michael jackson since i was little. ever since i could remember, literally. the recent movie brought back my love for him double the amount. it's been two months straight of strictly mj in my listening history so... (plus, he's the whole reason why i've received lots of attention here, so thank you so much angelface ♡)

- i grew up as a reader, and as all things are, it quiets down as i grow. but my heart will always find a place in words. i mainly read fictional books centered around romance, and try to delve into other genres every now and then. but i've read the 'tumblr teenage girl starter pack' back in the day. the hunger games is the best book franchise of all time. twilight saga books are better than the movies. divergent was great before it went south. the usual spiel. (and the one thing i still do is read fanfics of any and every fandom there is).

- i was in some major fandoms; harry potter, marvel, dc, star wars, bts (i'm not a huge fan of most of these anymore due to complex feelings and/or growing animosity towards them + just losing interest). (but fuck jk rowling)

- i do watch a lot of shows; the x-files, new girl, brooklyn 99, the good place, parks and rec. mostly your typical sitcoms. heartbreak high is my favourite from recents.

anyway, this post is likely going to be ignored, but in an off chance of someone taking an interest, i'd love to talk about anything and everything.

tldr ; i like films and music a lot and i love reading and writing (so your average jane)

does anybody here watch looney tunes because im hunting for anybody that loves looney tunes, tiny toons or animaniacs. Im not normal about those shows and im desperate to befriend anyone who’s interested in those shows 😭😭
