pitch deck:
this is my final pitch deck to explain how bottled blues works and explains how it all links together. this would be pitched to Belgium&Blues as a way to get more GenZ attending their bar.
HOW THE SPOTIFY CODES WORK:
This is a screen recording to sow how the spotify code works linking a song to the code on the side of the bottle. The use flow for this process is really easy and takes you directly to the song. To improve this i might want to consider setting up a spotify page specifically for bottled blues.
I have designed the inside and outside of the beer case. The packaging has a Spotify code to a blues playlist to connect the theme of beer and blues music and added a QR code to the inside to link the bottles to the bar and lead them to the website. this has been done with the intention of getting more people to visit the bar.
For this i have used the right weight paper, but i have use matte paper rather than glossy which has made the colours look dull. this is not the cardstock i would use for the final product for this reason.
I am struggling to find a glossy paper stock that is thick enough that doesn't bleed when printed.
photography of final bottles:
I booked out the photography room to take photos of my final labels on the beer bottles which can ow be used for promotional assets.
I am pleased with how well these have turned out. The banner across the top of the label encourages the consumer to twist the bottle around so they find the Spotify code and the back of the label.

developing the beer case:
I have experimented with different paper weights and adding in the circle cut outs so the bottles can be seen.
I wont continue with the cut outs because the paper is too think and the cuts cannot be made cleanly or evenly which makes the product look poor quality.
I also will use a thinner paper stock as this one is 600gsm, and when i fold the card it crusts at the edges and peels away which also looks poor quality, and if i use a thinner card stock this wont happen.
developing a net for the beer case:
I have started designing a net for the beer cases developing on from the mock-up I created, I want to make it in real life. I have made this by folding up a piece of paper around the bottles to find the dimensions then applying the design as seen in the mock-up. I might want to think about creating cut-outs so the bottles can be seen.
reusable cups:
I have taken inspiration for the design of my reusable cups from the ones I kept from SUBU summerball last summer. This tells me that there is grounding in making this product as they are designed to be kept as a memory as well as used as a promotional asset.
