Sorry, but I just don't have a place within IF for Jevil and Tenna (or other major DR Darkners). Spamton's presence in the AU happened from a specific set of circumstances that worked in the context of the story, and with IF so close to the end and the focus largely on its central characters, it'd just feel too gimmicky. These are neat designs, though. You should pursue your own projects with 'em!

No Jevil or Tenna, I'm afraid. IF Spamton is an exception in that he worked with some earlier ideas we already had for IF (Spout the spider making a money-eating robot), and we retooled that with the idea of Papyrus befriending an email malware sent by Spout that he had modified from a disc in the garbage dump. We needed some extra presence in the Null part of the story, and Spamton gave us a bit more direction for how to handle all the Hotland robots after almost everyone else got absorbed by Asriel. Then, Spamton fulfilled a sorta helper role in Rift, which also gave some levity before Papyrus returned.

Shayy didn't invent the punchcard glitch. It was a part of Undertale speedruns long before then and to remove it because of one person, who didn't even invent the glitch, would disrespect Undertale's speedrun legacy and the ones who actually discovered the glitch.

The exact nature of the battle is still unclear.

I just don't think there's room for it. It wouldn't fit with the pacing of the story to have an enemy encounter just because the stream did. With certain elements of IF, like Spamton, they fit in because they already worked with ideas I had or otherwise fixed an issue I had in planning the story (or both). I was able to work in things like Mad Mew Mew, Spamton, the DR monster cameos, and the like because there were spaces where it would work and be fun for me. But I'd rather focus on finishing the main IF story than trying to fit in elements of the anniversary stream for the sake of having them.

I think you may be talking about some discourse a while back because I got some really aggressive anons who were acting like Flowey doesn't deserve redemption. It would be against the spirit of Undertale if he got a downer fate. However, what IS left to be revealed is how other characters will react to his actions. ...That being said, Frisk was extremely hurt by Flowey and I don't plan to brush that aside.
