Hmm. I wonder if it was because it was my first adjustment ever, and because my back was truly fucked up. Had a few more adjustments since then, but hasnāt hurt nearly as much as that first one did. *shudders*

Some soreness is normal (even expected) but pain thatās keeping you from working is a little worrisome. Iād say if you feel any other symptoms (like numbness/tingling/etc.) get checked out sooner rather than later, but if itās still that bad tomorrow you might want to consider getting checked out.Ā

Oh okay, thanks! I did mention it to the chiropractor when I had an adjustment after that, and there wasnāt anything abnormal so itās just soreness as far as I know...and I thought it was getting better, or at least starting to, but now I have a shitload of other questions for the chiropractor when I see him tomorrow.
