A girl named Lyria has been claiming to be the President of Star of Gallifrey, a Gallifreyan Cultural Reconstruction Community that I made. I am here to tell you that this is false and Lyria is an emotional threat to those who call her out as such. She has continually sent me unnecessary insults and rude comments as well as told other individuals to kill themselves. She was previously a member of the community but it lasted less than 24 hours due to rude behavior toward other members. Below are screenshots to serve as proof for the purpose of this post.
