My Technique for Productivity
For writers, artists, and people with ADHD/AuDHD, here's an alternative to the traditional Pomodoro technique! Use this time table for writing, drawing, studying, or any other task!
⏱️ 1 minute timer (write/draw/study)
⏸️ 5 minute break (stretch, scroll, take a walk, etc)
⏱️ 2 minute timer -> ✍️📖🖌️
⏸️ BREAK (5 min)
⏱️ 3 mins -> ✍️📖🖌️
⏸️ BREAK (5 min)
⏱️ 5 mins -> ✍️📖🖌️
