 Are we still alive and thriving in the year 2023?

For context, I made a Game Music Video back in 2015 for Final Fantasy 15. I used copyrighted music with some of the game's character dialogues overlaying the music. I just found a channel that essentially plagiarized my music video, including the way I cut the audio together and the way I cut the game's cinematic scenes together. His video is not an exact replica of my video, but he does steal my audio edit and many of my visual edits.

As you can see, this user literally ripped (as in downloaded parts of my work and uploaded it and integrated it into his own work) off my audio edit and certain cuts of my visual edits.

Sadly, no. That totally passed me by until the moment it actually started.

Mostly because I’m currently part of a long term project while actively trying to write six fics at the same time.
