Monday afternoon, a teacher from the support school entered the teacher's lounge, carrying a large bag with her, a smile on her face. Midnight, Present Mic, Eraser Head, and All Might were all happy to see her. "Great. The rest of you are here," she dug around in her bag, "I bought souvenirs for everyone. Nemuri, here's yours." She pulled out a pink lucky cat for the other woman, handing it over. "Thank you, Mode," Kayama took it with a small bow. "Hizashi, one for you, too." She handed him a pink cat as well, the man smiling a toothy grin at her. "Shota, I got these for your class," Pe walked further into the room and handed him a baggy full of Japanese amulets, "They're from the Shinto shrine back home. They're for luck in schooling. Um, did you apologize to them for me?" "Yes I did," he took it from her. "Thank you. I got you a black lucky cat. I know it means 'safety' normally, but that's not why I got it. Black colored cats are your favorite, right?" Eraser nodded, gray eyes admiring it as she handed it to him.

"Mode," the erasure hero moved his line of sight to her next. "Yes, Shota?" "Call me by my last name when around students. My class was asking if we were in a relationship since you were calling me by my first." The designer paused, "Oh! That's why my students were asking me the same thing. Sorry - I guess I forget that calling someone by their first name is unusual. I'll call you Aizawa from now on. - Nemuri, Hizashi, do you want me to call you by your last names?" "Hm? I don't really mind. You can call me whatever you want, Mode," Midnight answered. "Same here!" Present added. "How about you, All Might? Can I call you by your last name?" Pe addressed him. "That's fine with me," the blond nodded, "It's Toshinori." "Toshinori," the woman chuckled, "I got you a green lucky cat for success in teaching but it kind of is 'light' 'seaweed' color. How funny!" She wandered over and handed him his, Yagi taking it with a smile, looking at her instead of it - she was correct that that color of cat signified education but he knew it also meant success in health. He appreciated her gift.

"I'll be going now. Sorry to disturb everyone," Mode folded up the bag and was about to head out when Present Mic reached out and grabbed her waist, pulling her in so she was sitting on his lap. "Mode, the hero school students are all away at their internships this week so all of us will have a lot of free time on our hands. Why don't we hang out after school?" "I can't today. I have to catch up on my work since I missed a few days." "Where did you go anyway? I've never had you cancel one of my appointments before." "My mom needed my help with one of her clients so I had to leave suddenly. Sorry about that." All Might and Eraser Head knew she was lying - it looked like they were the only two at UA who knew the real reason, besides Recovery Girl. "Hey - It's fine! When do you think you'll be caught up?" "I think on... Thursday." "Then let's plan something all of us can do! Maybe we can do something everyday after school." "That sounds nice," all the other teachers spotted her smile, the woman excited about hanging out with all of her clients at once. "Want to plan it all out now?" "I can't here. I need to head back to the support school to finish something over lunch." "Then I'll join you!" "Sure," she nodded then stood up again, "Goodbye, everyone." The designer bowed then left, the voice hero scurrying after her. Eraser Head left his cat there on his desk and left after them, heading in the opposite direction.

"Hey - I spoke with Mode about if she wanted to do it with you again or not," Midnight whispered over in Yagi's direction, cupping her hand, "No luck. She told me she's not interested in you for dating or as a lover." Toshinori rubbed the back of his neck, "That's fine. She still made all the clothes I requested from her. Me just being one of her clients is fine by me." "I'll let you know if she changes her mind," Kayama nodded then she went back to grading papers, grinning at the 'affection' kitty Pe had given both her and Mic.

26. If they HAD to change their name, what would they choose? Why? Would they be sad to see their old name go or not? 

Ironically, Mode’s gonna go through a lot of names changes this arc. She likes her mother’s last name (Mode) & her father’s (Izanagi). I won’t mention two other last names due to spoilers for arc 2 of canon!verse Doors. Pe doesn’t mind any of these last names, but takes pride in being a Mode.

She doesn’t like her first name (Pe) - I hadn’t ever thought of it before, but I’m leaning toward Rie because it’s close to Eri.

27. If they could know either how they die or when, which one would they choose? Or would they choose not to know at all? Why?

Pe would rather not know; to her, when doesn’t matter as long as she can spend everyday of her life supporting her clients.

28. What method of dying would be their worst fear? 

Alone; or killed by one of the Furious Fifteen.

29. Are they afraid of dying? Why?

Yes and no. Yes because she can’t support her clients if she’s dead and no because she often feels she’s useless and better off dead. Mode’s opinion on this subject changes often within Doors, especially in arc 2.

  30. What song makes them sing along no matter what they’re doing and where they are?

She’s too self-conscious to sing; she doesn’t want to draw additional attention to herself.

31. Do they curse a lot? Why? Why not?
