Did a little super light workout today. My body has been wicked sore from sleeping on the couch for a week and now still sleeping propped up on 4 pillows. . It felt good to use super light weights, walk on the treadmill for 5 minutes and really stretch and foam roll to get things moving again. . A very bad idea to try and hold planks when you've just done arms, chest and shoulders.
