When it came to handling anything with Felicity, Mae didn’t bother with formalities or manners. After that peculiar phone call from Felicity’s very distressed girlfriend, Mae decided to pay the woman a visit. Although she politely knocked on the door, after a few moments passed, Mae grew irritated with waiting. The woman stepped back from where she had waited and then brought her Valentino heeled foot up and kicked the door down. There were perks to being a dragon and her supernatural strength was one of them.
“Oh, would you look at that,” Mae said as she stepped into the house, “The door was open.” Her eyes looked down at the door that lay half-broken against the wall, “I’ll have my people come fix that today.”
Mae walked through the house and let the echo of her heels fill the air. She was not shy about making presence known. She centered herself in the living room and placed her hand on her hip as it jutted out slightly. Mae sighed as her eyes continued to look around the home. “Felicity,” Mae called out, “Show yourself, now. Don’t make me call your name out twice.”
