My last Summerlin 4th of July Parade is about to begin. One my my favorite past times is living a block from the parade route which attracts 35K spectators every year and where my parents and I would host all day 4th of July festivities starting as early as 6a.m. just in time to down some beverages and breakfast then watch the the morning 4th of July parade all to return for pool, sun and BBQ leading to the fireworks at night. 16 years in this house and if only the walls could talk of how many wonderful memories it brought my family and our friends over the years. It definitely was the "party house" to family reunions, weddings, birthdays, holidays all the way to our very last celebration party....the celebration of life for my Father. After my father's passing this past spring and the recent relocation of my Mom to Northern California with our family, I'm packing up this house to say a final good-bye and to say HELLO to my new life in Los Angeles. Las Vegas....especially Summerlin....will forever be fondly remembered in my heart!
