Others have suggested the B-52s as a reference, likely for the sense of bubbly fun, but this runs way faster and more chaotically.  It has a sugar-crust sheen that puts me in mind of Japanese female-fronted punk bands like Shonen Knife and, more currently, Otoboke Beaver.  The single “Stationery,” which yes, is about a desire for writing materials, flutters and rampages at the same time, its cavorting, vibrato-squiggling synthesizer dancing atop an unrelenting rush of guitar/drums/bass.  Riding the tune like a girl atop a bucking wild horse, Diver remains untouched and unbothered, her Lulu-esque black bob barely moving amid the mayhem. 

EP 2 follows naturally from the self-titled EP of 2025 (EP 1, we presume), which featured a song about wanting to pet someone’s dog.  Same rattletrap speed, same bubbly optimism, same charm, same blink-and-you’ll-miss-it track lengths.  Listen three times and not quite a half an hour will have gone by, but you’ll have the same kind of buzzy, headache-y high as if you slurped down a strawberry milkshake in one shot. 

Post-punk can be a dour medium, lurching staccato-style towards the apocalypse, uttering deadpan verses about the direst sorts of fall-out.  No Peeling is just the opposite, a total blast that leaves you vibrating.  More of this.
