Febroary day 23 - Serval (Leptailurus serval) Today some Servals! I love these little wild cats. Did you know the name Leptailurus derives from the Greek words 'leptos' meaning 'fine, or 'delicate' and 'allouros' meaning 'cat'. Febroary day 22 - Leopard Amur leopard (Panthera pardus orientalis) At first I wanted to draw some regular leopards, but last month some baby Amur leopards were born in a zoo. So I decided to draw Amur leopards instead. Did you know the Amur Leopard is one if the rarest cats in the world. There are about 100 left in the wild. I hope you like my illustration. Febroary day 21 - Machairodus Love drawing saber-toothed cats, they are always a lot of fun to play with in their designs. Would love to hear what you think of these prehistoric kitties!

Febroary day 20 - Barbary lion The Barbary lion is an extinct population of the lion species. Here is my take on them. Hope you like the lion family!

Febroary day 19 - Iberian lynx (Lynx pardinus) I love the Iberian lynx, it is my favourite lynx. Did you know these pretty Wildcats got to a point where there were less than a hundred left in the world. Since 2020 over a 1000 have been counted. Febroary day 18 - Manticore Here is my version of a manticore. I know they generally have the facial features of a man, but I liked to keep it in the spirit of the felines of this challenge. Spend quite some time getting the right background, hope you all like it! Would love to hear what you think of this one! What a madness! Another febroary tiger? Yes. Is there such a thing like too much tigers? No.
