肝臓のためのヨガワークショップ、おかげさまで盛況、そして好評をいただき、無事に終了することができました。ご参加くださった皆様、ありがとうございました😊 興味深かったのは、なんと参加者の皆様、どなたも肝疾患を現在、そして今までにも抱えていなかったこと。 未然に防げることは防ぐ＝「未病」。 その意識の高さが素晴らしいと思います。 今後も肝臓を治療中の方たち、完治した方たち、そして、「未病」の方たち...どの方にも楽しく肝臓に意識を向けたり、労わる機会を作りたいなあと思っています。 このような機会を与えてくださったアップフォーヨガの皆様、ありがとうございました。 My first workshop for Yoga For Liver workshop has been finished!
