Lemon peels are more nutritionally dense than lemons. They are high in vitamin C, pectin, calcium, potassium, fiber, AHAs, and flavonoids like d-limonene. So, adding lemon peel will increase the efficiency of the drink. Then let the boiled water sit for a while, and when the lemon water cools down a bit you can drink it. If it is too bitter or sour for you, you can add a little honey to it. You can drink it 2-3 times a day.

4- Cumin water

Making fennel water is very easy, you just need one table spoon fennel seeds, 2 cups of water and some basil leaves(optional). Add seeds to water and let the water boil for few minutes. After the water reduces to half, let it cool down and add basil leaves. When the water becomes lukewarm drink it. It is recommended to drink it in the morning to get the most out of it.
7- Vegetable juice
