Critical Role: Fearne and Imogen
We heard that 100's of ruidus born have been spending their life savings to get to the Hellcatch Valley with no discernable reason, but Fearne and Imogen haven't been getting pulled there. The only reason they're there is because Otohan killed Eshteross and they're trying to stop them from seemingly trying to unleash what's in Ruidus. I think the reason Imogen hasn't been drawn there is because she was told to run from it by her mom and she has ever since. I think Fearne hasn't been drawn in because her grandma was keeping them from reaching her. If anyone could hold a power like that at bay it would be an archfey called the fate stitcher. Maybe Imogen is getting closer and closer to potentially losing herself to Ruidus like the others seemingly have. It seems like every time she uses her ruidus power something starts building up inside her that'll eventually become too much. Fearne hasn't had any experiences with Ruidus, but if they go to the Feywild I think the chances of that changing will increase.
