At some point in my Faroeverse Au Lilith kind of shows up in that universe too (probably bc of Arthur). She's is not only surprised to find out that Kayne and The Manager aren't the only 2 Nyarlathoteps left but also that Faroeverse Nyarlathotep does have a Lilith but she is a toddler.
The Gods don't really grow up or have childhoods, so there being a version of her who was not only born mortal but also raised by a loving father gives her alot of mixed emotions.
Meanwhile, Faroeverse Nyarlathotep is having his own mixed emotions about seeing a version of his daughter whos all grown up but despises her father who never loved or cared for her. A version of his daughter who never got the chance to truly love someone. And that absolutely breaks his heart and makes him worry about if his Lilith will be ok. He doesn't want his daughter to ever be hurt by him the same way Lilith was hurt by Kayne.
Also, he didn't know about Kayne's Nyarlathotep genocide. He is somewhat aware of alternate universes but never learned how to travel them. Kayne never came to hunt him down because he sacrificed his divinity to live a human life, making him powerless. As far as the outer gods knew, he was long dead.
