The morning is the best time to start the day right. If you are an early riser like myself, it’s a time of peace, tranquility and trying to make some good decisions 😊 Quick morning nutrition for me looks like 2x bananas 🍌 1 tsp sesame seeds 2 tsp sunflower seed Kernals 1 tsp moringa powder 1 tsp turmeric powder 7x Kalonji (onion seeds) I mix it all up. The sunflower 🌻 seeds add a lovely crunch and everything else mixes into the bananas. 226 calories in all according to @fatsecret_app and it keeps me happy and satiated with lots of good nutrients entering the digestive system 🥳 I got my #moringa from @meadows_organics @karachifarmers .. the markets ended for the time being but the store is now open. The turmeric - anti-inflammatory- is a freshly ground and not store bought. A gift from a dear friend 😊 you can get a one from @daaliearthfoods ..
