0064 broke her halo-like thing, which a symbol of her pride. Somehow she fell from the sky and broke it, which knocked her out and left her stranded in an alleyway. 0065, who looks like a thug but is in reality a really nice guy, mistook her for an injured schoolgirl and took her home to a hospital. He fixed the battered halo the best he could, even taping it when he couldn't find a broken piece. 0064 is at first upset that he touched her halo, but after a while, she comes to accept his kindness and allows him to help her find her way back home. Problem is, she can't really remember where she came from, so 0065 is happy to help her assimilate into his world.
I'd imagine that this would be some sort of side story, since this could be a story of multiple groups who get involved with each other.
