oscar moving to a new city and needing a new (and cheap) doctors office and stumbles across M.V medical centre and despite many bad signs that this place was not quite right, he gets an appointment with Dr. Verstappen
Max starts to get too attached to oscar and baiscally kidnaps because the rival group had noticed Oscar going into verstappen territory too often and assumes that he is a vital part of their operations. To keep oscar safe max has to keep him close by therefore meaning he had to kidnap him.
Max first thinks of oscar a a cute new pet, something soft to distract him from his unstable life but their relationship grows into something that might be codependent
