Fanged Four Family Bingo Rules
Our Bingo cards are now out and available here, so put your glad rags on and your best foot forward, and get to making some spiffy fanworks, daddy-o!! We're here to bring you the scoop on how things will shake out. Our Ao3 collection, where you should start posting the goods from the 1st of August, is located here
Choose one of the four Bingo cards. The cards have prompts in each square. Using one or more of the prompts in a square, create some type of fanwork – such as fic or art – to represent that square. To win Bingo, you'll need to create something for five of your card's squares in a row. The row can be horizontal, vertical, or diagonal. This means you are creating five separate works.
If you create fanfiction for a square, the minimum word count is 100. There is no maximum word count, but remember to keep your fanworks short enough that you will have time to do at least five before the end of August if you want to win Bingo.
The fanworks for Fanged Four Family Bingo must focus on the Fanged Four or a subpairing within the Fanged Four. Please do not pair any of them up with any non-Fanged Four canon characters, as this is a family event!
The majority of the prompts on each card are kink, but there is also a non-kink prompt in each square. You can win a Bingo by using all kink, all non-kink, or a mix of kink and non-kink prompts as long as your five squares are in a row. Additionally, your kink fanworks don't have to include sex, and you can also use the non-kink prompts to create explicit works if you want to.
Every square contains prompts except for the centre space. That space is wild, which means you still have to create a fanwork for it if you want to count that space as one of your squares, but it can be anything you want and doesn't have to follow a prompt. However, you can't use a work written for another space to also fill the wild space in order to win more than one Bingo. Each space must have its own dedicated work.
Once the Fanged Four Family Bingo 2026 collection opens on August 1, you can start posting your Bingo fanworks to the collection! The entire month of August will be open for posting, so be sure to add all five of your works before August 31 if you want to win. (We ask that you not add more than one work per day during the first week, just to help spread out the Fanged Four love.)
When you post, please include in the notes section at the top of your work which prompt the work is based on and which card you're using so we can follow your progress. (Your works don't necessarily have to feature the pairing on your card. That's just how we can tell the cards apart.)
Feel free to try for more than one Bingo on your card, or even for a blackout (a fanwork for every square). The more Bingos you win, the more awesome you are!
