I’ve never made a Wonder Woman hat, myself, but with a request like that, I definitely wanted to make sure you got some patterns to help you out.

This one is really neat. It is the Wonder Woman crown with Diana’s hair! It is crocheted in pieces, then sewn together.

This pattern isn’t a hat, but a Wonder Woman crown, which you could attach to a red and blue hat.

And here is an ear warmer pattern. Not quite a hat, but she might have use for a little extra protection with other hats (or scarves) that she might be using, especially as it gets cooler.
