Ingredients: 3 lbs beef brisket point. 1/4 cup Famous Dave's Rib Rub. 1/4 cup brown sugar. 1/4 cup honey. 1/4 cup apple juice. 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce. 2 tbsp yellow mustard.
Instructions: Preheat smoker to 250F 121C. Trim excess fat from brisket point and cube into 1-inch pieces. In a bowl, mix Famous Dave's Rib Rub and brown sugar. Coat brisket cubes with the rub mixture. Place brisket cubes on the smoker grate and smoke for 2 hours. In a small bowl, mix honey, apple juice, Worcestershire sauce, and yellow mustard to create a glaze. After 2 hours, brush the brisket cubes with the glaze. Continue smoking for an additional 1-2 hours or until the burnt ends are caramelized and tender. Remove from the smoker and let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
