not sure what it was but I used to have this huge fear of falling down maybe I got it when I visited this one castle in scotland while it was raining and fell down multiple times (>10 times) because of the muddy area surrounding the castle but years ago my lil bro and I went on this slide and I could not tell you what it was but suddenly it felt like sliding down was scary and i refused to go down, tried for like 30 mins and eventually went down using the stairs part of the slide.
also its a fear of falling down, not height. im okay with height, for some reason i really struggled with shaky surfaces even if its like... 20 cm tall
