A/n:I didn't expect to get as many falling devil requests as I did after my first post with her but I got quite a few not that I'm complaining. As this is her second post now I'll officially add her to the masterlist

While falling loves many things about you one of the very few things that she dislikes is your taste in food or more specifically your eating habits

She despises the fact that you more often than not choose to eat fast food rather than full healthy meals or you just don't eat at all and you don't even have the excuse that you don't know how to cook because you have the best chef in all of hell who's willing to make you anything you want as long as it's not gonna ruin your body as your girlfriend

Because even if she's more than happy to cook for you falling will not make you anything that's outright unhealthy or too artificial, she won't force you to eat what you don't want but she will heavily dissuade you from eating those

But what makes her even madder is when you refuse to eat or eat very little for a meal. She will scold you and tell you how unhealthy it is and that you have to eat all your meals during the day and then cook you one of your favorite meals to encourage you to eat. She will literally not let you leave for school before you have breakfast

Falling hums a simple tune as she works away in the kitchen. Ever since she gave up on killing humans and moved in with you, her preparing meals for the two of you had become a common occurrence. Granted, her exceedingly tall frame didn't leave her much room to work with, but she seemed to find her way around regardless.

She puts the finishing touches on dinner, then dishes it out onto the table.

"Mon amour, dinner is served."

However, as she looks around, you are nowhere in sight. She checks around the house: the living room, the office, even the bathroom. Yet you were nowhere to be found.

Eventually, she checks the bedroom, where she finds you lying on top of the bed. Your eyes are vacant, your gaze fixed on the wall opposite, as if you're deep in thought about something.

"Mon cher, are you alright?"

Falling's voice seems to break you out of your trance as you sit up and look at her.

"O-Oh, yeah, I'm fine. Did you say something my love?"

Falling sighs. She can already tell something is wrong.

"Dinner is ready. I do not wish for it to go cold."

"R-Right, I'll be right there."

As you get up and go to leave the room, Falling places one of her many hands on your shoulder.

"Mon cœur, are you sure you're ok?"

You can tell she knows something is up, but you still try to put on an act, not wanting to worry her.

"R-Really, my love, I'm fiiii-"

As you continue to deny, she lifts you up into her arms, carrying you bridal style off the ground. Given there's quite some distance between you and the floor, you wrap your arms around her for safety.

"F-Falling, the food'll go cold if you leave it too long. You hate it when that happens."

"I do, but I hate it when mon trésor isn't being honest with me more. Please, tell me what's wrong."

You look her in her closed eyes and let out a sigh.

"It's just...ever since you told me you're one of the Primal Fears, I've been thinking...about how long you'll live."

Falling can already sense where this is going, but allows you to continue.

"And how...you'll most likely outlive me by several centuries...if not more, and..."

You look up at her, tears forming in your eyes.

"Will you...ever move on when I die?"

Falling gently wipes your tears away with one hand, as she strokes your hair with another.

"Fret not, mon chou, for even when you are gone, I could never forget one such as yourself. Your kindness, your generosity, your warmth. You taught a Primal Devil the concept of love. That is not something most humans can accomplish. The best dishes are remembered long after they are eaten, and you are one I shall carry with me for the rest of my life...no matter how long it may be"

She plants a kiss on your forehead, and you let out a small laugh. As a Devil, Falling isn't the most well-versed in comforting words, but you can tell she means every word of what she says.

"Now then, shall we go enjoy our meal together?"

"Y-Yeah, let's go."

However, Falling doesn't put you down, she instead chooses to carry you all the way to the dining room.

"F-Falling, you don't have to carry me anymore. I-I can walk there myself."

"Indeed, but I sense you'd enjoy this much more."

Falling devil relationship headcanons

A/n:ngl I've kinda been waiting for someone to request something for falling devil cause she might be my hear me out. Also how do you guys feel about y/n not calling her falling and instead rakka as a nickname cause her Japanese name is rakka no akuma and for some reason I like that better as a name than falling. I dunno why death works as a name for me and falling doesn't maybe cause it's a verb but Idk let me know if you'd like that

Let's get the obvious out of the way, she cooks for you, you are literally never eating anything that she didn't cook or approve of ever again

She hates fast food (despite how much death loves it ironically) calling it "awful organ rotting human garbage" and will forbid you from eating it cause she doesn't want it to "ruin your body" in any way plus the food she makes is way better so why would you ever need to go eat out? If you ask nicely enough she might let you go once a month though

She makes sure all of the food she makes is healthy and nutritious and good for you but also that you like her meals. She memorized all of your likes and dislikes in foods as well as any potential allergies you might have so she serves you only dishes she knows you'll enjoy. She complains when you don't try new food or don't finish what she makes, but she'll mostly let it slide since she loves you

Also, to clarify all of the food she cooks for you is 100% human free, she'd never feed you something you don't like eating, and that includes not making you commit cannibalism. Ever since death decided that she would not eat humans to respect her boyfriend (could that be considered the devil version of a vegetarian?) Falling doesn't really have any more reason to kill humans and she can just as easily cook delicious human meals as well so everything resolved itself nicely

She can speak french and likes to call you french pet names like "mon cher" and "mon amour" you have no idea how she even knows french considering she spent almost the entirety of her existence in hell but her accent is attractive and the nicknames are cute so you don't question it

She gives some pretty amazing cuddles, not only is she insanely tall so she's a great big spoon letting you use her basically as a bed and her chest as a pillow she also has six arms so she can wrap all of them around you (except the ones that are holding her head in place) or just use two to cuddle while she's playing with your hair with one and feeding you with the other one
