Anyways so enough bad things are happening, from plane crashes to bus crashes to personal bad things and its getting pretty annoying trying to find the silver lining in this dull cloud of nonsense but I truly believe “ the sun will come out tomorrow” (Annie voice) 

While Mercury “allegedly” handles its business, I am starting to pay more attention to the people around me and the vibes they be giving off. Ive been blessed enough that when I NEED to find out stuff someway somehow it is revealed to me (10 points to my village people- if you don’t know what that means keep coming back to this blog eventually you'll get it). 

My spirit is off for some reason and its not Mercury it’s something else but I can't quite put my finger on it yet! I know there are little things that annoy me like people's inability to take responsibility for their actions. “X made me do it”...NO YOU HAD A CHOICE! ...You did what you wanted to do in that moment to satisfy whomever ...OWN IT! 

I still dislike Hypocrites so that hasn't changed wooohoooo...and as for Liars (yes lying by omission is STILL a lie! ...they are still NOT one of my favorite things (Is that from Mary Poppins? Or Sound of Music?) 

Im trying really hard not to judge people BUT sigh ok lets leave it at I'm trying really hard. Because let’s face it being judgey and thinking yourself better than someone because they sin different than you is in it of itself also a pretty major sin. #Prideandarrogance so yes instead of focusing on what others are doing so WRONG...let me focus on how to be a better person/Christian. *woosah*

So its Lent and stuff (and I need a drink badly but that's what Ive given up for Lent) so I've been sucking down a lot of sparkling water and pretending its champagne (hey Bubbles are Bubbles when its Lent. Anyways thankfully MOST of my bad influences EVERY other time of the year are Bad influences but respect Lent enough to abstain from certain things which is comical in a sense. So you will cheat and get drunk every other time in the year but for 40 days you will have no alcohol and avoid women who aren't your wives? *slow clap I guess* but I have to give them props for even trying! 

Ive had some pretty sucky Lent’s where I actually engaged in more sinful acts than the rest of the year (go figure) so I get it...not every Lent is going to be Holy (Sorry Jesus) ...but I really wish people would try to try and not cop out so easily . It’s 40 days!! Come on people ...if most Hollywood marriages can make it to the 40 day mark ...you can TRY to get to know your God better even if its JUST for 40 days? 

Are you doing Lent Right? Or are you struggling with it? Did you give up anything interesting? Are you feeling any different? 

I think so far so good for me personally, Im avoiding people and places that may feel the need to force me to do stuff and then again im pretty stubborn so you won't get me to do what I dont want to do if I dont want to do it (in most cases) . 4 weeks to go WOOOHOOO ...but God has been good these past couple of weeks.
