Ingredients: 8 oz cream cheese, softened. 1 cup canned pumpkin puree. 1/2 cup brown sugar. 1 tsp vanilla extract. 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice. 1/2 cup whipped cream. Graham crackers or apple slices, for serving.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 175F 350C. Mix cream cheese, pumpkin puree, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice together in a bowl until the mixture is smooth and well mixed. Put the mix in a small baking dish and spread it out. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the edges start to turn golden. Take it out of the oven and let it cool down for a while. Add whipped cream on top. Warm it up and serve it with apple slices or graham crackers.
