And because we have pets (familiars?) I make pumpkin peanut butter treats with bits of oven dried apple. If I have noticed toads occupying the houses in my garden I sometimes also put a few dried blood worms in their pools. This is also the day we change the wreath on the front door and begin fall decorating.
