Deep in the Australian outback three groups of cats compete for territory, prey and their clans FalconClan, ScorpionClan and HorseClan? Which clan will you fight for?

FalconClan

Falconclan is known best for their loyalty, confidence and swiftness. They are known to be the oldest of the three clans, and to made almost entirely of pure clan cats. This clan has definitely learned how to use the mountains they live in to their advantage. They are brilliant at jumping, leaping and climbing, which comes from the territory that they have claimed as their own, and where they spend the majority of their time. The cats here seem to believe strongly in StarClan and the Place of no Stars.

As the oldest of the clans, they have developed traditions and customs unique to their clan. One such custom is that of “sister-mates” which is a term used when two she-cats share a close bond and promise to mate around the same time so that they can raise their kits together. They do not have to be littermates nor romantic mates, they just have to share the bond and closeness of kin. While this is focused on she-cats toms can be in these relationships too; often if two toms becomes mates and decide to have kits, they will ask ask their sister-mate to be the mother. Another custom in the clan also focuses on she-cats, specifically Queens, and that is that many are very protective of their kits, even towards the father. Most times, the only ones allowed to really interact with kits are the leader, medicine cat and elders who tell them all stories of clan life and StarClan. Even if fathers want to meet their kits before at least 5 moons, it is often shunned and many don’t meet their father until they are made an apprentice. The last notable tradition is that a father who wants to be in their kits life will always be the first to call out their apprentice name after the ceremony.

Falconclan has claimed a majority of the mountains and the plains that extend far beyond the base. Their camp is located at the plains which are located at the bottom of the mountain.

Scorpionclan

Scorpionclan is known best for its accountability, bravery, and strength. This clan is able to use tunnels located under the desert to help them hunt and navigate cleanly throughout their territory. They are best at tunneling and digging, as they use these skills quite frequently. Originally, Scoprionclan was just a band of rogues, who later came together as one under a single leader and has now officially became a clan. They’re not too friendly around cats from the other clans, or kittypets, but they’re very welcoming to rogues, always offering them a place to stay.

Due to their tunneling skills and background as former rogues, this can is deeply mistrusted by both clans. Prey was stolen? All eyes turn to them. Strange scent? Had to be another rogue from ScorpionClan! Of course, they don’t help their reputations by being prideful and argumentative, most relishing being about to strike fear and intimidation into their foes. And indeed, their secretive ways and ability to hide makes FalconClan in particular hostile and threatened. Who knows where they plan on going with those tunnels?

Scorpionclan has some of the desert around their camp and the tunnels that lie underneath. Their camp is hidden in a large rock, and the dens are holes in the walls or tunnels.

Leader: Hawkstar

Horseclan

Horseclan is best known for its kindness, graciousness, and their compassion. They are the newest of the clans, but have already figured out how to use their territory to their advantage. They are best at swimming - as the territory floods when it rains - and are known to have high stamina. This clan is often seen as soft by the other clans, which is probably because it was created by kittypets. Horseclan is friendly towards outsiders, and if necessary they may offer them a home within their clan.

Despite being the newest and least aggressive clan, this clan has shocked many in one area and that is their fierce maternal instincts and ferocity. Even more protective of their young than FalconClan, these Queens have been known to be vicious and a forced to be reckon with when you go too close to their kits. Occasionally even the fathers have been known to be better fighters when protecting their young. Rumor has it a Queen even took out Hawkstar’s eye when she threatened her kit...

This clan has claimed some of the desert around their camp. They have claimed an abandoned RV as their camp.

Rainclash realizing that anything could happen confesses to Cloverrustle, it didn't go well. (Rainclash, Cloverrustle)

Mudpaw, not remembering how bad the old leader was when it came to fresh prey, finds it funny how protective Shadestar gets over his prey. (Mudpaw, Shadestar)

Dartbeam suggests that he and Vixeniris go hunting together, The two spend more time talking with each other then hunting, though they still bring back a bit of fresh kill. (Dartbeam, Vixeniris)

When Beetle is trotting after Rustfluff the ground trembles then breaks under his paws. Eventually they are able to dig Beetle out but he needs help to get back to camp. (Beetle, Rustfluff)

Peatleaf offers for Mudpaw to come hunting with him, in the gathering dark and the distracting company Peatleaf missteps and ends up spraining his paw, much to his embarrassment. (Peatleaf, Mudpaw)

While there isn't a lot of herbs that Sproutspot can find during leaf-bare but she still hates the over whelming taste of wild garlic. (Sproutspot)

Gandertooth is puffed up with pride as she watches her former apprentice gain his name, Peatleaf for his insight, she can't wait to see how he continues to grow. (Gandertooth, Peatleaf)

Cloverrustle is playing in puddles and doesn't realize that Rainclash is coming up to her before she causes a big splash to drench him, they both stand for a moment then Rainclash burst into laughter and splashed her back. (Cloverrustle, Rainclash)

Rustfluff suggest that he and Beetle practice hunting techniques together, the two offer each other tips and new tricks. (Rustfluff, Beetle)

When Rainclash and Vixeniris are showing Mudpaw the borders they notice the scent of dog, while the two older cats try to send the apprentice back to camp Mudpaw refuses, despite that set back the three manage to lead the dog a bit away from the territory. (Rainclash, Vixeniris, Mudpaw)

When Peatleaf is checking to make sure the dog is actually gone he comes across a cat near the thunderpath, unfortunately the cat is already with StarClan so Peatleaf buries them and offers them prayers for them. (Peatleaf)

Gandertooth decided to try her hand at hunting near the twoleg's den but didn't realize that one had snuck up on her until she had been picked up and brought to the monster waiting by their den. (Gandertoth)

Larkspurface notices the hawk diving down to grab Rainclash and reacts quickly. She protects Raainclash but does end up hurt herself. (Larkspurface, Rainclash)

When Rustfluff and Beetle are out for a walk together they are walking past an old badger sett and they pick up on a new acidic scent. The two try to clump grass on the mouth of the sett but it keeps collapsing and before they know it it's time for the two to head back to camp. (Rustfluff, Beetle)

Rainclash asked Cloverrustle for help with training Mudpaw on how to hide in tall grass, she agrees and sets about wandering around waiting to either catch the apprentice or be caught himself. While Mudpaw is able to hide effectively she has trouble sneaking up on the older cat without making noise. (Rainclash, Cloverrustle, Mudpaw)

As Sproutspot and Vixeniris go out looking for herbs, Vixeniris brings up the weird dream she'd been having for the last few nights. Sproutspot is unable to make sense of the dreams and ends up snapping at her friend. (Sproutspot, Vixeniris)

When Shadestar is leading a patrol to check the borders he sees kittens from EagleClan, he hesitates and his conflicted feelings are clear, the want to help the kits but also the fear of anything happening to his clan from his choice. Eventually he settles on helping, he orders Dartbeam to take Peatpaw back to camp while he and Gandertooth take the kits back to their camp. EagleClan is thankful when the two FalconClan cats arrive, as the two cats leave they can hear their mother scolding them, 'What were you two thinking?! Do you realize how much danger you were in?! If Shadestar hadn't decided to help you you could have died! You-' Her voice fades as the two are escorted back to the border by Dancingfleck and one of their warriors, both trying to hide their snickers as they walk. (Shadestar, Dartbeam, Peatpaw, Gandertooth, Dancingfleck, EagleClan, FalconClan)

Gandertooth takes Peatpaw to the old training tunnels. Peatpaw frustrated at running through the same old tunnels asks Gandertooth why they learn all this. Once, Gandertooth explains, their Clan starved through a leaf-bare. All the grass had died, and cats chewed on snow just to have something in their bellies. The only cat able to hunt was an overlooked warrior - lithe, small, and blind. For her, the tunnels opened like a flower full of prey. She was their savior, and they must never forget her. Rainclash takes Mudpaw hunting and quizzes her on the best way for her to stalk the rat in front of them. Once Mudpaw broke down how they should approach the situation he gives the go ahead for her to attempt to catch it, he purrs in delight as she catches the rat on the first try. (Rainclash, Mudpaw)

After Cloverrustle notices a set of strange paw prints Larkspurface tries to set a trap for the rouge using an abandoned rabbit den, the trap fails and the rouge wanders away leaving the warrior waiting until Dartbeam appears looking confused as to why he was hiding in the old den. (Cloverrustle, Larkspurface, Dartbeam)

Spourtspot in an attempt to avoid a repeat of Rustfluff asks Shadestar to accompany her to gather lung-wort. Although Shadestar takes this as serious as Sproutspot does, the two still have no luck finding the desired herbs. (Sproutspot, Shadestar, Rustfluff)

Rustfluff suggests that he and Vixeniris practice their teamwork, he quickly tags Vixeniris and sprints off with a cackle as the he darts around to avoid getting tagged back. The pairs laughter rings throughout the territory as they run around. (Rustfluff, Vixeniris)

Sproutspot and Vixiniris share grooming techniques as they share tongues. (Sproutspot, Vixiniris)

Rainclash and Vixeniris decide to practice their stalking techniques together when the ground suddenly crumbles beneath Vixeniris' paws, and before she can call out her world goes dark. Rainclash comes running to where he had heard her yowls and quickly frees her, the two curl into each other once they are a safe distance from the sink hole. (Rainclash, Vixeniris)

Shadestar and Dartbeam are checking the borders near one of the thunder paths when they hear a monster roaring as it races off and the intelligible yowls of a cat. The two make their way to where they had heard the yelling coming from and come across a cat named Beetle. They escort him back to camp. (Shadestar, Dartbeam, Beetle)

Beetle has joined the Clan.

With their newest clan mate having yellowcough Sproutspot is determined to find lung-wort. She takes Rustfluff with her, unfortunately her choice in escort is poor. Rustfluff spends the whole time complaining, crushing herbs that would have been useful and just plain obnoxious. Their search is fruitless in the end. (Sproutspot, Rustfluff)

Cloverrustlse, wanting to keep the rest of the patrol entertained starts telling the story of the beautiful molly and the monstrous tom, 'Outraged, the tom drew his claws - only for the molly to disappear in a burst of starlight, StarClan judging the tom for his monstrous heart. His scent grew foul, his whiskers fell off, his claws blunted, and so the first coyote was born, howling his anger and loss.' (Cloverrustle)

As Shadestar and Dartbeam are doing their checks on the borders they come across an Owlclan patrol also renewing their scent marks as well, neither patrol is not sure how to start a conversation, eventually the two groups walk away from each other, neither happy with how the situation ended. Rainclash got a splinter helping Sproutspot clean the mourning grounds. (Rainclash, Sproutspot)

Rustfluff, Vixeniris, and Cloverustle run into an Owlclan patrol renewing their scent marks and strike a conversation. The two groups walk away pleased with how the interaction went. (Rustfluff, Vixeniris, Cloverustle)
