But I managed to make them perfectly without the need for one, and now I have the deep fry bug, it’s so much fun! I really like the tahini sauce, and the wraps are great when you get the texture of the falafel perfect, it’s got a great crunch inside that wrap. Make sure you get your orders in before 11pm on a Tuesday for the following Friday delivery. They’ve got some other packs you can order too!
