Summary: Wei Wuxian did not have a normal childhood. He moved from town to town, never staying in any one place for more than a few months at a time. He grew up eating terrible-tasting food, because inns could be expensive and his family did not always have the money to spend on one. Where most children got a dog, a cat or a rabbit, he had a donkey that was stubborn and tried to bite him when annoyed. But he was loved and his parents had never given him any reason to doubt that. AKA: MDZS in a world where WWX grew up with his parents.
